All orders placed before 10:00 pm—according to the delivery regions and schedules listed on our Delivery Information page—are prioritised for next-day dispatch. Orders placed after 10:00 pm will be scheduled for delivery on the next available service day, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of accuracy and freshness.

Delivery Days, Regions & Time Windows

Deliveries are made strictly according to the suburbs, regions, delivery days, and time slots outlined in our official delivery table.
Even if a different date is selected during checkout, your order will be delivered only on the designated day for your suburb.

Service Adjustments

To ensure safe and efficient operations, Dixon’s reserves the right to adjust the delivery date, suburb coverage, delivery locations, or delivery time when required. Any changes are made with customer convenience and operational reliability in mind.

Delivery Fees & Minimum Order Values

Delivery fees and free-delivery thresholds vary by region and are clearly listed in our Delivery Information table. These charges help us maintain premium service quality and timely deliveries across all supported suburbs.

Missed Deliveries & Re-Deliveries

If a customer is unavailable during the scheduled delivery window, our driver will safely leave the ordered items at your doorstep—unless you request a re‑delivery at that moment. A re‑delivery fee may apply if you choose this option. Our team will always attempt to contact you before completing the delivery. To arrange a re‑delivery, you must notify us immediately when we call. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be placed at your doorstep to ensure timely completion of the delivery.
